Andre De Grasse smashes 200m Canadian record
Yesterday in the prelims of the NCAA Pac-12 Conference Championships, Andre De Grasse anhiliated the Canadian record in the 200-metres with a run of 20.03 seconds (-0.1).
Earlier this season Andre equalled the Canadian record that Aaron Brown set last year of 20.16.
Sub 20-seconds today?
De Grasse qualified for the 100-metre and 200-metre finals at the Pac-12 Championships, those go today at 2:35 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. PT respectively. Also in jeopardy today is Ato Boldon's Pac-12 Conference record of 20.00.
Today he won the 100m and 200m and was part of the winning team for the 100m relay! Go Andre go!
