Calysonians are judged by a panel selected by the National Cultural Foundation in collaboration with the Tent managers, and two songs are scored in the following manner:
 Lyrics - a maximum of 35 point  Melody - a maximum of 35 points  Rendition - a maximum of 25 points  Presentation - a maximum of 5 points

Ian Webster a.k.a. I-Web is the reigning Calypso Monarch and will be defending his crown.If he wins, it will be his third successful year!The concert is at Kensington Oval in Bridgetown.
